We currently have contractors servicing all residential and commercial jobs in Auckland and only commercial jobs outside of Auckland.
How does the mould cleaning process work?
1) First you need to email us the following:
- the address of the property that needs to be cleaned;
- details of the area you’d like cleaned eg. 200sq meter house or one bedroom – 5m x 4m;
- specific areas of concern, if any;
- digital pictures of the layout of the room(s) – so we can give you as precise quote as possible without having to come to your property and that way you get the lowest price possible as we won’t need to add travel costs for the quote.
2) We will review your email and pictures and will email you or call you back with our quote within 2 hours of the quote request.
3) Once you accept the quote, we book a time when you can let us in your property and let you know approximately how long your mould cleaning service will take.
4) Two of our experienced mould cleaning experts will come out to your home, office or rental property and will professionally clean mould from your property – including from those hard to reach places behind cupboards and furniture.
5) Once the mould cleaning service is completed, the contractors walk with you to inspect your property and once satisfied with the results they’ll issue you with a tax invoice on the spot and require immediate payment.
